Looks like a beaver gave up trying to knock down an oak tree. (Maine, USA)
These fallen trees provided valuable winter food for the deer. The area is covered with deer droppings and tracks. (Maine, USA)
Following the fox's tracks, I found a deer leg bone that had fallen off. There are also urine markings there. (Maine, USA)
Otter tracks where the otter slid on the snow. Some footprints where they climbed up the side. There were several on this slope, as if they were having fun. (Maine, USA)
