【資 料 名】 Reconnaissance of the damage to roads and bridges in the 2023 Turkey Earthquake
【概 要】  A series of large-scale earthquakes occurred on February 6, 2023 in southern Turkey.
The authors were members of the Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) Expert Team and visited several damaged areas in Turkey from March 10 to 12, 2023.
This document reports the cases of d amaged roads and bridges the authors observed around Antakya, Nurdağı, and Malatya as part of the JDR Expert Team activities.
This document finally discusses the following three topics for further study in seismic design of road bridges: 1. Seismic details for robustness and post-event inspectability, 2. Seismic response of bridges with longer natural periods, and 3. Post-event inspection.
