| Summary | There is not sufficient share of environmentally well-ordered built-up areas that are assumed in the Building Standard Law and the City Planning Law. Under such conditions, various devices and consideration are needed in order to maintain and improve built-up areas with more dense and in decline. This research aims to examine the importance of buildings, lots, roads and so on as environmental components of built-up areas from various aspects. |
