| Summary | Good management practices for damage attenuation measures of urban flood by public announcement were surveyed among sewer operators of Japanese major municipalities. It was found that around 90% of them provide real time rainfall data to citizens, 40% made public flood hazard map, 20% key sewer water level on real time, and 20% real time operational data of pumping stations through the internet. |
