| Summary | Because of the decline of population in local cities and necessity to create compact urban form, it is necessary to study about the quantitative effect of shrinkage methods for future needs. To do this, we have studied residents’ relocation projects, created scenario for planned shrinkage of suburban residential districts and made a comparative quantitative study of effects (administrative service costs and quality of life) for logical argument. |
