| Summary | Many port facilities were constructed at the period of the rapid economic growth in Japan and they are now getting decrepit. In the near future, those vast facilities must be repaired or adequately maintained. On the other hand, the cost-performance for maintenance must be required high level at the severe budget conditions. This research conducted the examination for the cost estimation, the technical development and suggested new style of the maintenance and the management. |
