| Summary | The purpose of this research is to develop the method for evaluating the effect of energy-saving on the renovation of the existing detached houses and apartment houses. As a result, the evaluation method based on the calculation of performances of housing frame and its equipment before and after the renovation including partial renovation was obtained. In addition, the technical data related to the evaluation of renovation were collected to compile the design guideline for renovation. |
