Summary For advancement of application method of cost-benefit analysis for sediment-related disaster prevention works, we implemented to analyze 1) the relationship between occurrence probability of torrential rainfall and slope failure, debris flow quantitatively, 2) parameters and conditions of non-equilibrium numerical model for river deformation to evaluate SABO master plan. As a result, we could evaluate relationship between occurrence probability of torrential rainfall and debris flow quantitatively by simple analyzing and we could set proper parameters and conditions to simulate river deformation of Nobori river disaster, 2011.
