| Summary | Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) stated the gGrowth Strategy of MLITh in 2010. In the strategy, the weakness of Japanfs ability to create comprehensive packages and the necessities of working under the guidance of strong leadership to strengthen organizations and systems were pointed out. Therefore, the strategy identified that gPromoting products development and formulating market strategies tailored to target countriesh would be a national policy. This paper reports the results of a study on transferable Japanese ITS technologies into developing countries. |
