| Summary | In this research, to facilitate improvement of densely built up areas in large cities, legal problems concerned with leased land which is recognized as as an obstacle was studied. For each definite case of the problem, such as, acceptance of landowner and acceptance fee to extension or renovation of a building, or acceptance of landowner and acceptance fee to alteration of the leasing conditions, etc, legal way of solution and judgments and trends in judicial precedents were considered. |
