| Summary | Intentional exfiltration of storm water in cleanouts and gully pots is considered alternative approach for control of CSO and urban flood. It was studied on historical capacity decline, method to evaluate area-wide installations of such cleanouts and gully pots, and soil contamination by heavy metals. Among the three topics, the main finding was that the historical capacity data showed considerable decline while it was recovered by jet and vacuum cleaning to some degree, showing cleaning is necessary. |
