| Summary | The purpose of this research is to propose the possible application of the regulatory impact analysis (RIA) through investigating the state of implementation in other countries. RIA has been adopted in many countries such as Great Britain and United States of America for the availability or transparency of regulations. In this research, the framework on simplified quantitative approach for the RIA was proposed in order to evaluate the effects of regulations on the building construction markets in Japan. |
