| Summary | The prior discharge of the dam is aimed at improving the flood control function for the flood that is bigger than the designed scale of the dam. It is necessary to forecast rain to judge enforcement of the prior discharge. The various rainfall forecast information is already offered by the Meteorological Agency and that precision is planned to improve in future. The purpose of this study is precision inspection of the rainfall forecast information that is necessary for dam flood control. And another purpose is to clarify the dam prior discharge technique when I utilized rain prediction information. |
