| Summary | It will be necessary to improve security, usability and amenity in Airport Terminals in future. However, evaluation methods for usability, amenity in Airport Terminals are unclear. Thus, in this study, i) we arranged evaluation methods on airports and other fields, ⅱ) We picked up evaluation items from reviewed researches. With the result, We systematized evaluation axis and index. Furthermore, We clarified methods to evaluate and improve usability and amenity in airport terminals. |
