| Summary | We surveyed mammalian wildlife in parks and open spaces in Mito Area within a framework of ecological network planning. We surveyed species compositions using camera-traps and eight raccoon dogs were radio-tracked to detect habitat use within and around parks and open spaces. We examined ecological functions of parks and open spaces within ecological network. Furthermore, we indicate the management of park and open space to coexistent and contact with wild mammals. |
