| Summary | In aged society and a population decline, some villages have been disappeared in hilly and mountainous area the mountain area and these areas have been losing the function of the land preservation. In this study, we developed the cost-benefit analysis of the village's function. In addition, we devised the "universal design index" to evaluate barrier-free route and facilities as the assessment tool in city area. |
