Summary Government buildings should be easy to access, comfortable and safe. A decision was made to help improve Customer Satisfaction by quantifying the relation of these desired characteristics to various aspects of various buildings. This method has been used to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements. We created the Management System for Customer Satisfaction with government buildings.
