| Summary | The Manual for Cost-benefit Analysis for port development was prepared in 1999 by the Ports and Harbor Bureau. In order to response to mounting public demand for more effective and efficient operations and greater accountability, it is necessary to improve Project Evaluation Methodologies on Port Investments. In this study, we developed techniques of measuring benefit regarding to port development,and conducted sensitivity analysis on methods for treating uncertain factors. |
