| Summary | The development of the technique for utilizing the reservoir capacity of existing dam more effectively has been required. In this study, we have verified problem and limit of the current operation rule, and reexamined relationship allocation of the reservoir capacity and method of flood control. As a result, concrete techniques for utilizing flood control capacity have been proposed, and the effectiveness has been verified by the examination using model dams. |
